The Commercial Division takes the lead in developing and setting sales cycle and strategies. The division deals effectively with customers and works hand-in-hand with colleagues to ensure that all events and weddings conducted within and by the organization are as per customer expectations. The team is also responsible to supervise the preparation, issuance and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs. The division also constantly assists in developing marketing and sales strategies to further identify new opportunities and effectively implement them to increase sales as well as analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales methods and results.
