The Culinary Affairs Division is considered as the back bone of the organization as it is responsible for the overall operations for the back of the house and kitchen area of JRCC. Our award-winning Chefs are in-charge of the day-to-day running of the food operation whilst assuring to provide top-notch and the highest catering services standards. The division is responsible of all tasks including ordering supplies to preparations and serving. The team also strictly monitors and controls each step of the food process by following HACCP standards. Currently, the Culinary Affairs Division has more than 600 International and Emirati dishes in its master menu being offered to JRCC clients.
