HR & Administrations Division aims to maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by implementing the policies and strategies through HR, Admin and IT departments. HR and Admin Departments are critical components of the organization as they are in charge of recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits and developing the skills and capacities of employees to achieve high level of performance and ensure that the right candidates are hired at the right time and appropriate position to ensure the accomplishment of the organization's mission.

The Information Technology team continuously delivers new technologies and applications that enable our employees and clients to carry out their roles efficiently, productively and securely. State-of-the-art ERP system, IP telephony, server virtualization, high speed Wi-Fi internet connection are just a few of the many technologies this unit had implemented, resulting to better employee and customer service. This unit also develops, maintains, revises, and enforces information technology policies, procedures, and standards throughout JRCC. Meanwhile, verifying data security, extending Internet and Telecom services, and ensuring that our systems are running smoothly enable our employees to work efficiently and securely across every division.
