The Operations Division drives flawless execution across all functions and engagements. They are responsible for allocating resources, managing and securing all types of events hosted, working closely with other departments, engaging with vendors, partners and clients, analyzing and recommending acquisitions, developing operating policies and processes, fostering teamwork, establishing and measuring KPIs, ensuring highest client satisfaction, and taking charge on the floor. Simply, they are responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization.

Operations Division has two units: Banquet and Facility Management. The banquet unit is responsible for coordinating the delivery of all food and beverage for functions held at JRCC and the completion of the banquet event order sheets in an accurate and timely fashion while the Facility Management unit is in-charge of the venue’s cleanliness and tidiness, facility and equipment maintenance and building security.
