The Total Quality Management Division manages the quality of the products and services JRCC offers to their clients. It includes two crucial units: After Sales and Hygiene & Safety. The After Sales unit is responsible for gathering clients' feedback including suggestions and recommendations and making sure that actions are taken accordingly in order to reach the maximum rate of customer satisfaction. It also validates the suggestions and implements them with the help of the rest of the divisions. 

The Hygiene and Safety unit focuses on the quality of the food served to the clients, because in JRCC, we take care of the quality of the food as much as we care about its great taste. The unit is also managing the facilities’ safety to ensure a healthy and risk-free environment for the employees and clients. TQM collaborates with all other divisions to highlight any gaps and work together to fill them and to achieve better results for JRCC.
